After considering a brief and making any recommendations we feel appropriate we submit our quotation. Wherever possible we give a fixed price that under the normal progress of a commission should not alter. This is also the point where schedules are confirmed and a final deadline agreed.

Assuming our quotation and terms are acceptable we begin production. Whether the job is destined for traditional or digital treatment we always submit some sort of an initial visual or pencil rough for client checking. This ensures that our understanding of the brief is correct. If acceptable we then proceed to final artwork which is ultimately submitted either by carrier (internationally), Royal Mail special delivery (within the UK), or by E-mail if the digital encoded file is of a suitable size. We maintain and encourage contact throughout the progress of a commission as we believe a close working relationship can only benefit the end results.
